S95 sample weigh and dispense procedure
This video records the exploration and execution of the weigh dispense procedure that comes pre-installed in Spike.In Spike, communication between different procedures may be undertaken using transaction modules. This project has 4 separate transaction module instances defined. For example ERP_to_MES ; a module for emulating communications between an ERP system and an MES system.
Next, the weigh and dispense campaign is opened, the correct material bill and workcentres picked and the campaign is executed. The resulting operator interface messages are answered: The room must be first cleaned, then the weigh cell must be calibrated, then tested. Next, the operator is prompted to scan the material to be weighed out, and is prompted to simulate the weigh cell accordingly.
