S95- Part 1 physical model
This video illustrates the creation of an S95-like physical model comprising of rooms, workcentres, scanners, weigh scales, mes workstations all instanced from a preinstalled generic spike type library.Configuration of all this physical equipment through the faceplate is outlined.This configuration can then be exported in the resulting design specification. Scanner and weigh cell control module manipulation is outlined.Use of the macro recorder to capture functionality is illustrated. The resource model for material, equipment and personnel is also shown. Test properties and test specifications requirements capture is shown.All the various work instructions and SOPs are shown.It is illustrated how photos of real plant can easily be imported into the SOP.
