This type of procedure is common in the fermentation industry.A batch campaign is run and the changing of the physical model over time is illustrated. The dynamic SFC logic highlights green as it is executed. Operator Interaction is showcased.Multiple instances of the same unit operation class are run in sequence.An element of simulation is highlighed; Spike has simulated PID controllers, and 'continuous function blocks' that can run scripts continuously. In addition, there are numerous helper functions to aid simulation and make it appear more realistic.The entire procedure with more than 10 operations is run, and concludes in part 3.
