In part 1, we showcase the use of the macro recorder to record filling, cleaning and steaming the piping routes.Equipment module commands are then developed for the various routes. Once the routes and commands are developed, the associated design specification is exported.The project summary report outlines the scope of all configuration so far, in an aid to estimate the cost of control system programming. An 'air blow' unit operation class is instantiated 5 times and it is shown how to parameterise the physical model into formula parameters so that the unit operation may be re-used on other procedures.The S88 phase state machine is introduced and divergent logic is developed in the sequenced function chart editor.
